Refund policy
At Burve Hair, we want you to love your extensions. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for a Full Refund:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- With all tags and accessories included
Opened but Unused:
- If you have opened the packaging to inspect the shade but have NOT worn, washed, or altered the extensions, you are still eligible for a full refund or exchange.
What Cannot Be Returned:
- Extensions that have been worn, applied, or tried on
- Extensions that have been washed, heat-styled, cut, colored, or chemically treated
- Extensions with missing or damaged packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges:
Need a different shade or product type? Email hello@burvehair.com. Return the original set and we will ship the new one. Shade exchanges are free.
How to Start a Return:
1. Email hello@burvehair.com with your order number and reason
2. We respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label (EU)
3. Ship it back in original packaging
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
Damaged or Defective Items:
Email hello@burvehair.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.
International Returns:
Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer's responsibility. Mark the package as 'Returned Merchandise' to avoid customs charges.
