Production & Quality Check
Your extensions are freshly produced and then inspected strand by strand. This takes 2–6 weeks, depending on the product and its specifications.

Shipped to You
Once approved, your order ships within 24 hours. You’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Estimated Delivery Time
Production time + delivery time after shipping = your total estimated delivery window.

Burve Hair ships from Latvia, within the EU. That means no customs duties and no import delays for EU customers.

Why does delivery take several weeks?
Your extensions are freshly produced to order — not pulled from a shelf. Production takes 2–6 weeks depending on the product and its specifications, followed by quality inspection and shipping.
What’s the difference between Standard and Priority?
Production time is the same for both. Priority uses express courier services once your order ships, which shortens the delivery part of the timeline.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also email hello@burvehair.com anytime for a status update.
Do I have to pay customs or duties?
EU customers: No. We ship from within the EU, so there are no customs fees. International customers: Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. If they are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
