Burve Hair ships from within the EU. That means no customs duties, no surprise fees, and no import delays for EU customers. Starting July 2026, non-EU parcels will incur a â¬3 duty â but not ours. Your order arrives clean and simple.

Your extensions are freshly produced to order â not pulled from a shelf. Production takes 1â3 weeks, followed by quality inspection and shipping. This ensures you receive the freshest, highest-quality hair possible.
Whatâs the difference between Standard and Priority?
Production time is the same for both. The difference is the carrier speed once your order ships. Priority uses express courier services, reducing the shipping portion from 5â7 days to 1â3 days for EU orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, youâll receive a tracking number via email. You can also email hello@burvehair.com anytime for a status update.
Do I have to pay customs or duties?
EU customers: No. We ship from within the EU, so there are no customs fees. International customers: Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your countryâs regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
